Research Purposes Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All products sold by Unapologetic Labs are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, or any purpose outside of controlled scientific research.
By purchasing from Unapologetic Labs, you acknowledge and agree that you are a qualified researcher and will use all products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Products are sold as research chemicals only and have not been evaluated or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use. Unapologetic Labs accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or adverse condition arising directly or indirectly from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product sold on this store. You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of all products purchased.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and placing an order with Unapologetic Labs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be bound by them.
2. PRODUCTS
All products listed on this store are sold for research purposes only. Unapologetic Labs makes no claims regarding the suitability of any product for any specific use. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Unapologetic Labs uses manual payment methods. Payment instructions will be sent to your email upon placing an order. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed. Unapologetic Labs reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.
4. SHIPPING
We ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is $15.00 via Express Post. Free shipping applies to orders of $200.00 or more. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Unapologetic Labs is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances outside our control.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Claims for damaged or incorrectly supplied items must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Unapologetic Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
