All products sold by Unapologetic Labs are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Unapologetic Labs accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from the use of any product sold on this store.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products (research chemicals), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and safety of our products.

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

We will only consider a replacement or store credit in the following circumstances:

• The item arrived visibly damaged
• An incorrect item was sent

All claims must be made within 48 hours of deliveryand must include clear photographic evidence sent to our contact email. Unapologetic Labs reserves the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Under Australian Consumer Law, you may still be entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
