This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered by Unapologetic Labs.
All products sold by Unapologetic Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not for human consumption, animal use, therapeutic use, medical use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, or veterinary use.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.
All packages are shipped discreetly and securely, with no obvious product details visible on the outside of the parcel.
3. Shipping Rates
Our current shipping rates are:
Express Post: $15.00 for all orders under $200.00
Free Express Shipping: Available on all orders $200.00 and over
Shipping offers, rates, and thresholds may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
4. Payment Verification & Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received and verified by our accounts team.
As we use manual payment methods, please allow 1–2 business days for payment verification. Orders will not be packed or dispatched until payment has been confirmed.
To avoid delays, please follow all checkout and payment prompts carefully and ensure any required payment reference information is entered correctly.
Most orders are processed quickly once payment has been verified. However, during busy periods, high-volume times, weekends, public holidays, or where additional order review is required, dispatch may take longer.
Please allow up to 1–4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after payment verification.
5. Delivery Timeframes
We ship using Australia Post Express Post.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are generally:
Metro areas: 1–2 business days
Regional areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by Australia Post delays, public holidays, regional or remote delivery locations, incorrect address information, weather events, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.
Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your delivery through Australia Post.
If you have not received tracking information after your order has been marked as dispatched, please contact us with your order number.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Unapologetic Labs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched.
8. Discreet & Secure Packaging
All orders are packed discreetly and securely.
Packaging does not display product names or obvious product details on the outside of the parcel.
We take care when packing orders, however customers should store and handle products appropriately once delivered.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the parcel packaging
Clear photos of the damaged item or items
Any relevant Australia Post delivery information
This helps us assess the issue and, where appropriate, lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost, missing, or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We may lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or request further information from you to assist with the investigation.
Delivery investigations may take time and are subject to Australia Post’s investigation process.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
11. Returned or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information, failure to collect, unsuccessful delivery, or other customer-related delivery issue, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
If a parcel is returned to us and cannot be resent, any refund or resolution will be handled in accordance with our store policies and applicable law.
12. Authority to Leave
Where Australia Post allows parcels to be left at the delivery address, the parcel may be left in accordance with Australia Post delivery practices or customer-selected delivery preferences.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery location is safe and suitable for receiving parcels.
If you have concerns about unattended delivery, please use the available Australia Post tracking options or delivery preferences where available.
13. Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to:
Payment verification
Incorrect payment references
Incorrect shipping information
High order volumes
Weekends or public holidays
Australia Post delays
Weather events
Remote delivery locations
Operational issues outside our control
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, however we will assist where reasonably possible with tracking or delivery enquiries.
